Pocket pivot
BullishInside an uptrend above the 50-day line, price pulls back to the 10-day line and rebounds on volume greater than any down-bar volume of the last ten sessions — buyers stepped in first on the dip
Most patterns resolve their way only 50–60% of the time — nearly half miss.

How to read it
Inside an uptrend above the 50-day line, price pulls back to the 10-day line and rebounds on a green bar whose volume exceeds that of every down bar in the last ten sessions.
Comparing against down-bar volume is the whole idea: if more shares traded on the rebound than on any of the declines, buyers outweighed sellers through the dip. It is an attempt to spot quiet accumulation.
The concept comes from growth-stock literature and only means anything inside an existing advance — SQMATE will not apply the name to a bounce below the 50-day line.

A window SQMATE's detectors actually flagged in past bars. It records a day that worked out — the same shape doesn't always resolve the same way.
On SQMATE
No more eyeballing charts
You don't have to flip through charts hunting for shapes. Signal watch pings your browser the moment a condition is met, patterns on your watchlist arrive by email, and the screener lists every symbol that matched today.
SQMATE draws the lines
Support lines, trendlines, channels — the lines you need to read a pattern are drawn for you, so no time goes into drawing.
Patterns aren't the whole story
The same shape doesn't always resolve the same way. It's safer to read it together with candles, volume, and market context — news, catalysts, flows.
