Trend angle

Lines2 points to click

A trend line that reports its own angle as a number.

What it looks like

19°12

The numbered dots are where you click. Once drawn, you can grab those dots and move them.

How to draw it

Join two places and an angle marker appears at the start point. Useful for comparing the steepness of different stretches.

When to use it

The angle depends on the chart's size and scale — zooming changes the number for the same line.

What you draw stays

Lines you draw are saved to that symbol's notebook. Open the symbol again and they are still there.

Editable afterwards

Grab the points to move them, and change colour, width and line style. Undo works too.

Shares as drawn

Send the chart as a single link. Whoever opens it sees the same lines.
